ChatGPT Watermark Remover

There is no ChatGPT text watermark to take out, so this page does the useful part instead: it removes the hidden characters and clipboard debris that a paste really does carry.

Cleaning a paste that came from a chat window

A chat interface hands the clipboard two versions of your selection: styled HTML and plain text. Whichever one the destination takes, characters can survive that you never typed. Zero-width spaces sit between words. Non-breaking spaces stand in for ordinary ones. Class names ride along inside the HTML flavour.

None of that is a watermark. All of it shows up in a diff, in a CMS, or in a plagiarism report as something odd, which is reason enough to clean it.

The image side is where removal is real

Images from ChatGPT carry Content Credentials in the file. Those come off cleanly, and the export is re-scanned to confirm they are gone. The pixel watermark does not come off, and DetectMark never claims it did.

What this page will not do

It will not rewrite your sentences. A humanizer is a paraphraser with marketing, and paraphrasing is the one operation that changes what a statistical detector would see. That is a decision for the writer, not a checkbox on a cleanup tool.
